We are seeking to incorporate a professional into our labor department who wishes to grow professionally within a dynamic and close-knit environment. Individuals joining the team will perform functions typical of the labor department in an advisory firm or legal practice specializing in labor matters. Responsibilities include advising and managing labor affairs for client companies, as well as handling all related procedures before official agencies. * Minimum 2 years of experience. • Extensive experience in corporate advisory and labor management. • Prior work experience in an advisory firm or HR department is essential, along with up-to-date training and knowledge. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Proficiency in Suasor software is valued. \- French and English: advantageous. \- Competencies and knowledge: responsible, methodical individual with strong client orientation. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Working hours: \- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Intensive August schedule: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Workplace location: \- Figueres (on-site)
