We are seeking a candidate with a valid driver's license (preferably Class C) and experience in the following construction areas: - General masonry - Flooring - Plumbing - Electrical work We are a small company based in Empuriabrava, specializing in construction and renovation projects. Our services focus on delivering exceptionally high quality—both in materials and finishes—to our clients, offering comprehensive turnkey solutions that cover all aspects of construction and renovation projects from start to finish. We seek an experienced professional capable of performing general masonry, flooring (floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.), plumbing, and electrical work. The primary work area will be Empuriabrava or its surroundings; however, occasional multi-day assignments may arise within the Alt Empordà region. We are looking for a responsible individual able to work autonomously and independently without constant supervision. Age is not a limiting factor, provided the candidate demonstrates relevant and verifiable experience. Experience in the tasks outlined above will be positively considered. Knowledge of languages other than Catalan/Spanish (e.g., German, French, English) and possession of a Class C driving license will also be viewed favorably. A Class B license (for cars) is mandatory. Depending on the candidate’s age, demonstrated knowledge and skills, availability of a Class C1 license (for trucks), and overall experience, the gross monthly salary range for this position is between 1500–2500€. A Class B driving license (for cars) is mandatory. A Class C1 or higher license (for trucks) will be positively considered. * Experience: 10 years.
