




We are looking for an experienced person to take responsibility for managing a food retail store located in the Girona area. Main responsibilities will include direct customer service, as well as training, guiding, and developing the work team. General coordination of the store will be required, covering both human and organizational aspects. This includes creating work schedules and supervising the operating account. Additionally, order management, inventory control, and merchandise flow will be handled, including conducting periodic stock inventories. Other important tasks will include product implementation, shelf management to optimize product presentation, and executing sales promotions to boost sales, always under the guidance of the area manager. The candidate will also identify and resolve issues by implementing specific action plans. A full-time position of 40 hours per week is offered, from Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts and legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. * We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual. * Living near the workplace is a plus. Higher Education in Administration and Finance or equivalent.
