Job Summary: We are seeking a janitor for a residential community in Palamós, responsible for access control, cleaning, maintenance of common areas, and ensuring order and tranquility. We are looking for a person to work as a janitor in a residential community in Palamós. Duties include controlling building access, performing cleaning tasks, and maintaining gardens, swimming pool, and common areas in good condition. Ensuring community order and tranquility is also essential, along with other responsibilities inherent to the position. The contract is full-time, totaling 40 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Sunday. Working hours follow a split shift between 09:00 and 18:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum experience in maintenance tasks. * We seek a responsible, versatile, and hardworking individual. * Immediate availability to start. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
