What will your responsibilities be? Reporting to the company's Legal Director, you will be responsible for: * Conducting friendly telephone collections on assigned cases. * Negotiating agreements and payment plans with debtors. * Monitoring payment commitments. * Accurately recording all actions taken. * Maintaining professional, approachable, and solution-oriented communication. What are we looking for? * Prior experience as a collections or recovery manager, in telephone customer service, or in negotiation. * Native-level proficiency in Spanish from Spain is mandatory. * Proficiency in German. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work in an organized, goal-oriented manner. * Residence in the province of Girona or ability to commute for in-person workdays. What do we offer? * Indefinite-term contract. * Weekly schedule of **20 or 30 hours**. * Working hours Monday to Friday. For the 20-hour schedule: **09:00 to 13:00**. * **Hybrid work model** in the province of Girona. * Approximate salary of **€600 net per month for a 20-hour schedule**, proportionally adjusted for longer schedules and subject to review based on candidate’s experience and suitability. * Opportunity to join a specialized debt recovery company offering learning and professional development opportunities.
