Your mission will be: * **Design, develop, maintain, and optimize** reliable and scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT). * **Automate** data processing and analysis workflows, ensuring efficiency and traceability. * **Provide technical support** to data scientists in integrating and deploying code into production. * **Transform** model prototypes into operational, scalable systems. * **Uphold** software development best practices: version control, testing, CI/CD, etc. * **Contribute** to collaborative, technical documentation of analytical code. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?** * A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field would be ideal. * Proven experience (ideally 3 years) as a Data Engineer or MLOps engineer. * Proficiency in **Python** and strong programming practices. * Knowledge of **cloud** environments and production deployment. * Communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and analytical profiles. * A proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs. * Commitment to teamwork and a collaborative environment. **✅ KEY COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE** * **Analytical and structured thinking:** You’ll break down complex problems into clear, efficient steps and deliver technical solutions that add real business value. * **Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration:** You’ll collaborate with diverse profiles (analysts, data scientists, IT professionals, etc.) to ensure seamless data integration and technical execution aligned with company goals. * **Technical rigor and adherence to best practices:** You’ll ensure code quality, documentation, and automation—guaranteeing systems are scalable, robust, and maintainable. * **Proactivity and foresight:** You’ll identify improvement opportunities before they become issues, contributing innovative ideas and solutions to optimize processes. * **Willingness to learn and adapt:** You’ll embrace new tools, technologies, and methodologies, staying up-to-date in a constantly evolving environment.
