German is a plus. * Solid experience in backend development (Node.js or Python) and API design, with strong database skills (PostgreSQL, SQL/NoSQL). * Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, containers (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP). * Ability to analyze end\-to\-end processes, understand business needs, and deliver scalable, secure solutions in enterprise environments. * Strong sense of responsibility and collaboration, building trust and working effectively with others. * Creative mindset focused on continuous improvement and achieving impactful results while driving learning and growth
