Training in professional certifications We are seeking architects for the review and verification of construction projects (new construction and residential). **Requirements** * Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architect qualification. * Minimum experience: At least 3 years * Experience in new construction, housing renovations, commercial premises, and building rehabilitation * Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CTE, Accessibility Code, municipal ordinances according to location, etc.) We are seeking architects for the review and verification of basic construction projects. Three years of experience in drafting and processing construction projects—including new construction, housing renovations, commercial premises, and building rehabilitation—is required. Experience in basic or execution projects in Barcelona and knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ORPIMO, OMPCI, CTE, etc.) are desirable. Basic/advanced fire safety installation certification issued by ISPC is also desirable.
