Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator motivated and interested in training and career development, to load materials, operate label production machines, and perform quality control. Prepare and operate label production machines (printing/finishing) and rewinding equipment. Perform quality control. Pack and prepare orders for shipment. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Unemployed jobseeker who meets at least one of the eligibility criteria for participation in the Subsidy Programme for Employment Contracts of People in Situations of Greater Vulnerability (Resolution EMT/3278/2025\): • Unemployed persons aged 45 years or older • Unemployed women aged 30 years or older in situations of vulnerability • Long-term unemployed persons aged 30 years or older • Unemployed third-country nationals aged 30 years or older COMPETENCIES: Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. Motivation and ability to learn. Adaptability and teamwork. PREFERRED: Technical vocational training in mechanics, electronics, graphic arts, or production. CONTRACT: Permanent WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM SALARY: €1,300 Selection will be conducted according to the eligibility criteria for participation in the Subsidy Programme for Employment Contracts of People in Situations of Greater Vulnerability (RESOLUTION EMT/3278/2025\).
