Our cuisine is rooted in product, seasonality, and territory, championing an authentic, sensitive, and identity-driven gastronomy where technique serves flavor. The selected candidate will work side-by-side with the chef, participating in developing Les Clarisses’ new gastronomic proposal. We seek someone eager to learn the craft, committed to the project, and ready to grow professionally within a small, close-knit team. Requirements * Qualification: Not mandatory.
