Position Summary: We are seeking a Section Supervisor for Automatic Machines to oversee production, perform machine setup and maintenance, and manage incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform setup of automatic and assembly machines 2. Organize and distribute the workshop team's daily workload 3. Maintain workshop machinery A brush manufacturing company is looking for a Section Supervisor for Automatic Machines. Perform machine setups: automatic and assembly machines (drilling machines, recessing machines, stapling machines, and micro-welding equipment), and ensure correct production execution on these machines (quality verification and control). Organize and assign the workshop team’s daily tasks based on priorities and daily production and delivery orders, following instructions from the workshop foreman. Monitor production progress and verify assigned manufacturing orders. Analyze and manage incidents. Maintain workshop machinery. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Solid mechanical knowledge (electromechanical and pneumatic systems) required for industrial workshop machinery maintenance. Ability to interpret part drawings and technical specifications. Prior experience with manual workshop machinery (e.g., drilling machines, grinding machines, etc.) and automatic machinery. Experience coordinating and managing teams is desirable. * Mechanical and/or electromechanical manufacturing * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2142' to '2500' * Additional relevant information: Permanent contract.
