We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join one of our establishments in the Islantilla area. Key responsibilities: \- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the housekeeping department, ensuring Royal Rooms’ established standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation. \- Lead, coordinate, and motivate the room attendant team and all personnel under supervision. \- Monitor the quality of guest rooms and common areas, guaranteeing an impeccable experience for guests. \- Manage shifts, incidents, inventories, and control of linens and amenities. \- Maintain continuous coordination with reception and other departments. \- Ensure compliance with internal protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
