**Director of Geriatric Residence — Aldeas Betania (Villarejo de Órbigo)** **Grupo Vértice Asisencial**, a company dedicated to comprehensive care for elderly people with presence across Spain, is seeking to hire a **Residence Director** for its center **Aldeas Betania**, located in **Villarejo de Órbigo (León)** **Main responsibilities** * Overall direction, organization, and supervision of the facility and its interdisciplinary team. * Coordination with nursing, social work, physiotherapy, kitchen, cleaning, and maintenance departments. * Management of person-centered care and compliance with healthcare quality standards. * Administrative supervision, budgetary control, and liaison with public administration. * Representation of the facility before families, official bodies, and inspections. * Promotion of a positive working environment and professional development of the team. **Requirements** * University degree in **Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Gerontology, or related field**. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in management or coordination of geriatric or sociosanitary facilities. * Knowledge of current regulations governing dependency services in Catalonia. * Competencies in leadership, organization, communication, and team management. * A Master’s degree or specialized training in **Geriatric Facility Management** is desirable. **We offer** * Integration into a stable and expanding group. * **Indefinite-term contract** and **full-time schedule**. * **Competitive remuneration**, commensurate with experience and professional merit. * **Technical and administrative support** from the group’s management. * A professional, humane work environment committed to excellence in care. **Location** Villarejo de Órbigo, León Job type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: €2,200.00–€2,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
