Right now—and reporting directly to the store director—we are seeking a WAREHOUSE SECTION MANAGER FOR LARGE-SCALE RETAIL for our LEÓN STORE. The responsibilities you will carry out with us are: * Planning deliveries from various suppliers. * Monitoring stock quantity and quality in the warehouse and store. * Ensuring achievement of company-defined targets. * Motivating, leading, training, and informing the team. * Guaranteeing the best customer delivery experience. * Listening to, identifying, and addressing the needs of your customers and colleagues. * Managing project follow-up to ensure a fully win\-win relationship. * And… achieving the established sales targets! The ideal candidate should be solution-oriented, demonstrating kindness, empathy, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate must have a solid track record of at least 2\-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision roles. Strong competencies in using computer systems and software—particularly Office 365—are required. In addition, knowledge of best practices in warehousing, inventory management, and distribution is essential. Leadership and team motivation capabilities are key requirements, along with exceptional communication skills. The candidate must be able to establish and maintain efficient workflows. Flexibility to adapt to changes in demand and processes is essential. Moreover, the candidate must stand out for teamwork ability, results orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement. Professional ethics and responsibility are fundamental values. It is mandatory that the candidate be available to work Monday through Saturday, as well as on Sundays and public holidays when the autonomous community mandates store openings—all while respecting the weekly rest period stipulated in the Large Retail Stores Collective Agreement.
