




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to provide customer service, manage reservations and billing, resolve incidents, and deliver friendly and efficient service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reservation administration and billing We are looking for a person to work at the reception desk in Cangas de Onís (Asturias). Main tasks include greeting customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving questions, and providing friendly and efficient service. It will be necessary to manage guest check-in and check-out, assign available rooms, and issue corresponding keys. Additionally, the candidate will handle reservations received by telephone, email, or digital platforms, ensuring accurate availability. The selected candidate will also prepare invoices, process payments, and manage any potential incidents. Strong complaint-handling skills and the ability to find quick solutions are essential. Knowledge of foreign languages—especially English—and proximity to the area will be valued. This position offers a full-time temporary employment contract, with salary aligned to the applicable collective agreement.
