Job Summary: Responsible for managing suppliers, controlling costs, and optimizing procurement processes to ensure timely supply of materials, products, and services. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation skills, cost analysis, and results-oriented approach. **Job Objective** Strategically manage suppliers, control costs, and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely supply of materials, products, and services required for company operations. Main Responsibilities **Material Procurement:** * Sourcing and development of new suppliers. * Negotiation of prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. * Purchase order and supply tracking. * Management of credit notes and supplier payments. * Material (SKU) control and registration. * Requesting and evaluating material samples. **Logistics and Imports:** * Freight quotation and coordination. * Domestic and international shipment tracking. * Customs clearance and import process management. * Export coordination. **Machinery and Equipment Procurement:** * Evaluation and comparison of purchase options. * Negotiation of costs, credit terms, and conditions. * Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Authorization management with senior management. **Administration:** * Cost control and price updates. * Petty cash management. * Invoice tracking. * Participation in trade fairs (domestic and international). **Requirements** * Experience in procurement, negotiation, and supplier development — preferably in the textile industry. * Knowledge of logistics, imports, and customs processes. * Negotiation and cost analysis skills. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems. * Proactivity, organization, and results orientation.
