Job Summary: We are seeking a specialist in talent attraction and selection to manage multiple vacancies and ensure an exceptional onboarding experience across our restaurants. Key Highlights: 1. DESCRIPTION Do you enjoy managing multiple vacancies simultaneously and identifying top talent? In this role, you will carry out **talent attraction and selection processes** for our Sibuya and Kamado restaurants, and meticulously oversee every detail of the **onboarding** for selected candidates. This is the *vibe* of our **People Department**: we know that our front-of-house and kitchen teams make the difference in our restaurants—and it all starts with you. Here’s what your day-to-day looks like: You’ll manage the full **attraction and selection process** for Assistant Restaurant Managers (Front-of-House & Kitchen), Waiters/Waitresses, Chefs, and Front-of-House & Kitchen Assistants—simultaneously! You’ll use our ATS, **Viterbit**, for job posting, candidate screening, interviews, etc. You’ll coordinate closely with the **Operations team** to align timelines, priorities, and refine candidate searches. You’ll monitor the **onboarding** of new hires to nurture and retain talent. What do we offer? Permanent contract. Full-time schedule. Prior experience in high-volume recruitment across multiple cities, managing several processes concurrently (ideal if you come from an ETT or consultancy background). A degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or related fields. Proficiency working with ATS systems—we use Viterbit—as well as Microsoft Office. Experience in People-related tasks is desirable: onboarding, follow-up surveys, exit interviews… If you haven’t done these before, we’ll train you! Do you speak Portuguese or any other language?
