Country Spain Province León \- León Application Deadline 31/08/2026 Category Direct Care **Information about the NGO** Special Employment Center LA SENDA ALFAEM **Objective** ------------ We are seeking a Social Worker for the Supervised Housing area of ALFAEM Mental Health León. The selected candidate will carry out functions aimed at promoting the well-being and quality of life of service users and their families; providing information, guidance, and counseling through direct social intervention; welcoming and supporting new arrivals; preparing social histories and reports, as well as conducting social diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with the organization’s multidisciplinary teams and with Social Services, Health Services, legal bodies, and other community resources; monitor service users on the Ekon Platform and record information in REPRISS; manage and accompany users in administrative procedures, access to social resources and benefits; handle documentation and maintain case files (PII/PIA, Life Project, etc.); and participate in technical meetings, training courses, seminars, and other activities inherent to the position. **Essential Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Social Work and at least one year of experience in similar roles. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge and/or experience in mental health, disability, dependency, the third sector, and social exclusion. **Profile:** Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Social Work and at least one year of experience in similar roles.
