Description

We are looking for a professional with experience in artisanal bakery, especially sourdough. The position is based on daily production in a bakery workshop and operational organization. **Job Mission** Carry out orderly and consistent production in terms of quality, ensuring compliance with standards and planning. Manage inventory and maintain the workshop under established cleanliness conditions. **Required Profile** * Proven experience with sourdough and long fermentations. * Experience in manual dividing and shaping on tables, as well as baking in deck ovens. * Ability to work under pressure and manage demand peaks. * Flexible working hours (primarily night shift). * Ability to produce and manage simultaneously. **Conditions** * Full-time position. * Net salary: €1,450. * Quarterly performance bonus. **Other Requirements:** * Valid driving license and personal vehicle. * Compliance with attendance requirements (punctuality according to scheduled hours). * Immediate start (by end of August at the latest).
