If you want to know more about us go to GMV website. **WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?** You will join a project **focused on the deployment and implementation of technological solutions at client sites**, combining technical systems and networking tasks with user training and specialized support in demanding environments with high security standards. Your **day\-to\-day work will include on\-site deployments**, system configuration and commissioning, **resolution of N1–N2 incidents,** certificate and PKI management, as well as delivering training to end users and administrators. You will also collaborate on Help Desk activities and technical documentation. A large part of your work will be carried out at client premises—mainly in Madrid, but also in other areas across mainland Spain and the islands—giving you a dynamic role close to real operational environments. **WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?** For this position, we are looking for **professionals with experience in technical support and systems administration (N1–N2\)**, with solid knowledge of: * Windows and Linux systems * Networking (DNS, ports, firewalls, routing, and switching * Practical certificate and PKI management * Incident management using ticketing tools We are looking for proactive professionals with technical autonomy, a customer\-oriented mindset, and the ability to combine technical expertise with user training and support. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** **Flexible** start and finish **times**, and intensive working hours Fridays and in summer. **Personalized career plan** development, training and **language learning** support.
