When you join us, you become part of our story and contribute to shaping our future. **Join us as** **Elevator Installation Technician (León)** ========================================== #### **Your mission will be:** * Based at our León branch, you will be responsible for the installation process, ensuring the use of defined installation methods and tools to achieve performance targets related to quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. * You will carry out elevator installations using Schindler-established methods to ensure compliance with objectives. * You will focus on achieving performance targets, including quality and safety policies. * You will report working hours and progress updates to your supervisor. * You will communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met. #### **What do you need to succeed?** * A Technical Industrial Engineer degree, Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification, or Professional Training specializing in industrial maintenance—or a similar technical background—will be helpful; however, other technical qualifications will also be considered. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within complex technical installation environments. * Prior experience in the elevator industry or related sectors is highly valued. * Proactivity—staying one step ahead will help you prevent incidents and focus on what matters most. * Results-oriented mindset to meet demanding targets and elevate your competencies to the next level. * Elevator Maintenance Certification is highly desirable. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. #### **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to improve people’s quality of life.
