




Overview: Manage assigned projects, providing factory-level support in design, installation, commissioning and validation tasks, striving for excellence and keeping all projects within planned budgets and timelines. Support the maintenance and calibration department. Responsibilities: * Ensure assigned projects are completed within budget, verifying proper design and execution, as well as achieving all quality, cost and timeline objectives. * Collaborate with the maintenance department. * Perform weekend work if necessary. * Assign tasks to contractors, coordinate and supervise their activities in compliance with regulations. * Maintain contact with suppliers. * Verify and monitor optimal execution of assigned projects, actively participating in facility qualification and project validation, ensuring delivery of final documentation to relevant functions. * Coordinate projects from start to finish, interacting effectively with other departments to achieve satisfactory overall project outcomes. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations regarding designs, as well as proper preparation, management, cost control and planning. * Document assigned projects according to internal standards. * Contribute to developing business guidelines related to engineering and design aspects, always seeking optimization and 'lean' design. * Prepare drawings for preliminary, modified or final designs in electronic format. * Keep the plant's approved drawing set up to date and revise it according to established procedures. * Seek energy-efficient systems and apply them to facilities. * Promote innovation in investments. * Report potential or actual problems and help implement corrective and preventive actions. * Manage CAPEX projects up to €1,000,000. Qualifications: * **Education:** Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent. PMP® certification will be highly valued. * **Languages:** Fluent Spanish and English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. * **Experience (years/areas):** +3 years of experience in a similar role. * **Specific knowledge:** Engineering processes in an industrial context. * **Travel:** Willingness to travel. * **Personal skills:** Negotiation ability with capacity to lead external negotiations. Practical, hands-on approach to tasks. Ability to take proactive measures to overcome challenges and achieve results.
