Junior PMO We are looking for a Junior-Intermediate Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our digital transformation team in the financial and technology sectors. The candidate will be responsible for supporting strategic project management, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and tracking KPIs—thereby contributing to operational efficiency and objective achievement. **Responsibilities:** * Support project planning, monitoring, and control under agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and hybrid methodologies. * Develop dashboards and executive reports for senior management and steering committees. * Manage dependencies across initiatives and coordinate backlog grooming and prioritization ceremonies with business and technology teams. * Support project budget, risk, schedule, and resource management. * Participate in implementing good governance and document control practices. * Facilitate effective communication among business, technology, and PMO units. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in PMO, project management, or digital transformation, preferably in banking or the financial sector. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional methodologies (PMI, Waterfall). * Proficiency in management tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, SAP, M365. jira, SCRUM, kanban,
