Planning and delivery of pre-employment workshops to enhance personal skills of each beneficiary. Management of economic assistance linked to the employment program and budgetary control of the project. Establishment of networks with business associations for potential prospecting and intermediation. Accompaniment of beneficiaries after socio-labor integration to ensure job retention. Identification of training and employment resources. Follow-up and support during job search.
