Responsibilities will include organizing and planning menu preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready and prepared in advance to streamline workflow. Efficient product management—from receipt and storage to inventory control—will be essential to optimize resources and reduce food waste. It is essential to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, complying with all health regulations. The ability to work as part of a team and communicate fluently with other kitchen staff will be highly valued to ensure optimal operations. We seek someone with prior experience in similar roles and basic culinary technique knowledge, capable of following instructions, preparing ingredients quickly and accurately, and adapting to varying work paces. At least 1 year of prior experience as a kitchen assistant. Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. Skill in maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Residence in the Cambre area or nearby. Academic background: No formal education or primary education.
