Position Summary: We are seeking a Chef - Head Chef to supervise operations, manage the kitchen, train staff, and collaborate on gastronomic offerings at our hotel in Ibiza. Key Highlights: 1. It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 75 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, and is actively expanding. We are looking for a Chef - Head Chef to join our hotel SES ESTAQUES located in IBIZA, Santa Eularia des Riu. **️ Your main responsibilities will be:** * Supervise compliance with processes and quality standards of the establishment. * Collaborate in meeting budgetary and established objectives. * Collaborate in developing the hotel's gastronomic offerings. * Train staff under your supervision in preparing the established menus. * Procurement management: optimization using the ABC method. * Strict HACCP and food safety standards control. * Adaptation to preferences of British and domestic customers. * Supervise and ensure all food service points operate correctly according to the established menu. * Ensure all staff under your supervision perform assigned tasks correctly. **Requirements:** * Vocational training in culinary arts. * Prior experience as Sous Chef or Station Chef in gastronomic restaurants. * 3\-4 years’ track record in gastronomic restaurants, banquets, and Mediterranean cuisine. * Cost and people manager, accustomed to high-volume operations. * Knowledge of recipe costing and performance tracking.
