The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of public construction projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, and costs, as well as coordinating teams and suppliers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning, organizing, and supervising public building construction works. * Controlling costs, timelines, and quality during project execution. * Coordinating work teams and subcontractors. * Managing technical and administrative documentation related to the construction site. * Supervising compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Liaising with clients, government authorities, and other project stakeholders. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related fields. * **Minimum Experience:** 3\-5 years managing building construction projects, preferably in the public sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** Building regulations, project management, and budgeting. * **Skills:** Leadership ability, organizational capability, and decision-making skills. * **Others:** Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the province. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in construction planning and management software (e.g., Project, Presto, AutoCAD). * Experience managing public tenders and contracts with government authorities. **We Offer:** * Joining a solid and growing company. * Stable project with an indefinite-term contract. * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
