**Description:** ---------------- If you're looking to grow as a Project Manager, this is the place for you. Your role will involve managing IT Infrastructure and Cloud projects, including service deployment, service delivery, and technological changes for the company's clients. You will participate throughout the entire project lifecycle: from implementation and monitoring through to customer service completion, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and scope. You will have direct interaction with clients, involved suppliers, as well as ASAC Comunicaciones’ internal technical and non-technical teams. This is a position with a strong management focus. Technical expertise is not required, but a technical background or experience managing projects involving some of the related technologies is necessary. The main technological skills required are: * Cloud architecture: design of scalable, secure, and resilient architectures. * Traditional infrastructure: servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and data centers. * Migration tools. * Cloud security: identity management, encryption, regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR). * Hybrid connectivity: integration between on\-premise environments and the cloud. Responsibilities: * Lead migration of services (on\-premise) to the cloud or between cloud providers. * Organize technical and functional workshops, preparing and delivering the corresponding minutes. * Coordinate and follow up on different committees: * Steering Committee * Project Monitoring Committee * Prepare and deliver key project documentation: * Technical architecture document * Resource plan * Migration plan * High and low level planning * Manage relationships with suppliers and various project stakeholders **Requirements:** --------------- * Dynamic, responsible, systematic, proactive, and solution-oriented individual, capable of working autonomously and in an organized manner. * Experience in similar roles as Project Manager or IT Project Manager in Infrastructure, Cloud, Communications, or Security projects. * Customer-service orientation with the ability to understand client needs. * Accountability: results-driven. * Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. * Strong communication skills across different types of stakeholders: clients, suppliers, technical teams, non-technical teams, etc. * Autonomy: ability to make decisions within their area of responsibility. * Planning and project tracking skills, with experience using project management methodologies and tools. * Good communication skills and experience preparing management and operational reports and summaries. **Experience in the following areas of responsibility:** * Proven experience as a project manager in cloud migration initiatives. * Solid knowledge of infrastructure and data centers. * Experience coordinating teams and suppliers. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
