Key responsibilities include: Designing and implementing processes and procedures within the Google Cloud Security SOC to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Integrating new Google products and services into the operational environment, in collaboration with process and automation teams. Evaluating and improving Google technologies and tools used in the SOC, maintaining protection against current threats. Working with strategic customers to tailor SOC processes to their specific needs and conduct PoCs (Proofs of Concept). Defining metrics and reports to measure operational effectiveness and the impact of new solutions (including Gemini). Training and mentoring the SOC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Documenting architectures, deployment guides, and best practices. Designing new security products and services based on Google Cloud (e.g., assessments, consulting). Identifying synergies and operational efficiencies to optimize resources. **Requirements:** --------------- +5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations (SOC, SecOps, Cloud Security). Direct experience with SIEM, YARA-L, detection rules, and ingestion pipelines. In-depth technical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architectures. Experience with Google Cloud Security solutions: SIEM, Threat Intelligence, and Cloud Security.
