Production Operators

Description

We are seeking personnel to work in the food industry in Paterna, specifically in the packaging of dried fruits. Tasks include handling and preparing products, ensuring that each unit meets weight, sealing, and labeling standards. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent pace on the production line are required. In addition to packaging, the worker will be responsible for organizing necessary materials such as bags, boxes, and labels, and for keeping the workstation clean and orderly in accordance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Communication and collaboration with the team are essential for smooth workflow. Working hours follow rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), with an initial assignment to the night shift. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of renewal and future integration into the permanent staff. A proactive attitude for resolving minor incidents is valued. No specific qualification is required for this position. Relevant experience or interest in product handling—preferably in the food industry—is appreciated. We seek a positive, dynamic, committed individual with strong teamwork skills. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), starting with the night shift, is mandatory.
