Power Electronics’ vision is to lead renewable energy generation and contribute to a clean and sustainable world for future generations. **Your impact:** We are seeking a **Certification Lead** to lead certification and regulatory compliance projects for our **photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage systems (BESS)** products internationally. You will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the standards and regulatory requirements of various markets, leading the entire certification process—from planning and supplier management to certificate acquisition and technical evaluation of test results. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across **R\+D, Quality, Product Management, Industrialization, and Procurement**, coordinating international testing laboratories and certification bodies, anticipating regulatory changes, and contributing to accelerating time-to-market for new products. You will play a key role in ensuring our products gain access to international markets, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and supporting the successful launch of innovative solutions in the renewable energy sector.* Lead certification projects for new products and maintain existing certifications. * Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards (IEC, UL, IEEE, EN, NEC, and Grid Codes). * Define test strategies, coordinate testing activities, and analyze technical results. * Manage relationships with global testing laboratories and certification bodies. * Coordinate timelines, costs, risks, and resources associated with certification projects. * Identify regulatory impacts and promote actions that reduce certification time and accelerate *time\-to\-market*. **We are looking for candidates with:** * **Academic background:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, or Energy Engineering—or a related field. Postgraduate studies or specialization in product certification, electrical regulations, or renewable energy are valued. * **Prior experience:** Solid experience managing product certification projects in industrial or technology environments. Experience working with international standards such as **IEC, UL, IEEE, EN, NEC**, and/or grid codes (Grid Codes). Experience coordinating external laboratories, certification bodies, and testing processes. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects—including planning, budgeting, milestone tracking, and risk management. Experience in the **photovoltaic energy, energy storage (BESS), power electronics, inverters, or renewable energy sectors** is highly desirable. * **Languages:** English at B2\-C1 level. * Technical knowledge: Familiarity with international product certification and approval processes. Ability to interpret technical standards and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of electrical testing, product validation, and result analysis. Familiarity with grid connection requirements and Grid Codes.
