We are building a modern platform focused on open standards and seamless interoperability across today's observability ecosystem. We are looking for a **Principal Product Manager** to lead one of our most strategic product initiatives. In this role, you will own product discovery, define strategy, and drive execution to ensure we are solving meaningful customer problems in a valuable and viable way. This is a high\-impact, senior\-level opportunity ideal for someone with deep domain expertise in observability and strong product leadership experience. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Lead product discovery through regular customer interactions and qualitative user interviews. * Identify and validate high\-impact problems worth solving. * Contribute to solution design by applying knowledge of business constraints, customer needs, technical considerations, and domain expertise. * Own product strategy and roadmap for your initiative, aligning with leadership and cross\-functional teams. * Advocate for customer needs by developing a deep understanding of observability challenges and user workflows. * Define, track, and manage product KPIs, ensuring measurable outcomes. * Evaluate whether released solutions effectively solve the intended problems. * Provide leadership and mentorship to other product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. **Requirements** ---------------- * Deep domain knowledge in observability, including strong familiarity with open\-source tools such as OpenTelemetry and Prometheus. * Experience operating production software systems (hands\-on operational experience is strongly preferred). * Strong data analysis skills, including experience setting up analytics processes and extracting insights from complex datasets. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proven ability to define product vision and clearly articulate strategy to cross\-functional teams and leadership. * Experience setting and managing product KPIs. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Availability to work within CET time zone hours. **Nice to Have** ---------------- * Experience building 0\-to\-1 products or leading significant new product initiatives within an existing platform. * Background in AI/ML product management. * Experience working in high\-growth startup environments. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Competitive compensation * Equity participation * Remote\-first and flexible work environment * Collaborative and supportive team culture
