This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining practical experience in the field of human resources. The responsibilities you will carry out are as follows: \- Provide telephone support to both collaborators and workers. \- Support the recruitment department by performing tasks such as: posting job offers on various portals, screening resumes, conducting face-to-face, video, and group interviews. \- Request documentation required for hiring and prepare hiring forms. \- Assist in resolving workers’ labor-related inquiries. Conditions: \- Contract type: Internship. \- Duration: As per agreement. \- Schedule: Monday to Thursday; part-time morning shift from 9:00 to 14:00 hours or full-day shift from 09:00 to 18:00 hours, depending on student availability. \- Remuneration: Compensation between €400 and €640, depending on the hours worked by the student. \- Must be able to formalize an internship agreement with a university/school. \- Residence in Donostia city or nearby areas. \- Immediate start. If this opportunity interests you, don’t hesitate to apply! ### **Requirements** \- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and HR, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Psychology, or a related undergraduate or master’s program. \- Must be available to formalize an internship agreement. \- Full-time availability is considered a plus. \- Residence in Donostia or surrounding areas.
