**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking an **HSE Coordinator – Health, Safety, and Environment** for **Hydro (https://www.hydro.com/es/es/)**, a multinational company with nearly 30,000 employees worldwide, located in **Irurtzun (Navarra)**. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Ensure compliance with current regulations on safety, health, environment, and energy, proposing solutions for their proper implementation at the plant. * Coordinate relations with the External Prevention Service (SPA): health surveillance, risk assessments, hygiene assessments, contaminant evaluations, and the Prevention Plan. * Maintain and improve management systems in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. * Coordinate internal audits, emergency drills, regulatory inspections, and actions arising from the Prevention Plan. * Manage the plant’s incident management system (IMS), leading the analysis and investigation of accidents, serious incidents, and hazardous situations. * Coordinate the updating of machine safety documentation and records. * Manage environmental controls, waste, safety data sheets, and related documentation for the area. * Collaborate with various plant departments in developing safe work instructions and preventive measures. * Promote HSE training initiatives for both direct and subcontracted personnel. * Prepare reports for the Hydro Group and/or competent authorities. * Participate in regional and corporate HSE initiatives and decision-making. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment with a solid, internationally recognized industrial multinational. * A role with real impact at the plant, offering autonomy and the ability to drive improvements and foster a preventive culture. * Involvement in international projects and collaboration with HSE teams across Southern Europe and the Hydro Group. * A technical, dynamic, and multidisciplinary work environment. * Located just 20 minutes from Pamplona via highway. * Indefinite-term contract. * Flexible working hours and possibility of remote work. Intensive work schedule every Friday and during summer. * Continuous professional development and access to top-tier corporate tools and methodologies. * A culture focused on collaboration, digitalization, and continuous improvement. * An environment where safety, respect for people, and environmental stewardship are integral to decision-making. **What are we looking for in you?** * Technical or university degree in Engineering. * 3–5 years’ experience in HSE/Occupational Risk Prevention roles within an industrial setting or at an External Prevention Service. * Solid knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards. * Advanced English proficiency – C1 level. * Willingness to travel occasionally. * A Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and knowledge of environmental and energy matters will be considered advantageous. * Required competencies: Ability to organize, share, and keep documentation up to date, collaborating effectively with other teams and departments; Practical, organized mindset oriented toward continuous improvement; Strong communication, influence, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
