At Gold Talent, we are looking for a CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER for new building construction and comprehensive residential renovation projects in the northern region. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:** * Coordination of the construction site team. * Daily planning of assigned tasks. * Responsibility for quality, construction site, and material resources organization. * Execution in collaboration with the Site Manager. * Monitoring, control, and reporting of scheduled deadlines. * Safety/protection (PPE control, Occupational Risk Prevention on site...). * Direct contact with clients and suppliers. The selected candidate must assume responsibility for all aspects mentioned above in the day-to-day operations of the construction site, demonstrating a problem-solving attitude, versatility, commitment, and enthusiasm for teamwork. **MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:** * Completion of the 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course and a valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel throughout the northern part of the Iberian Peninsula (mobility required to manage assigned construction sites at any given time) **WE OFFER:** * Permanent contract. * Gross annual salary: €30K * Company vehicle * Full-time schedule. * Positive and supportive work environment
