A major industrial group based in Gipuzkoa, specializing in machinery manufacturing with extensive international presence and leadership in its sector, is seeking to hire a Technical Office Manager. You will join with the mission of leading the team of the corresponding Business Unit, ensuring technical development of projects, quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with technical documentation. You will also provide technical support to the sales team, production, and after-sales departments. **Your main responsibilities will be as follows:** * Workload management: project assignment, prioritization, and tracking. * Supervise and validate the technical work of mechanical design engineers and coordinate with electrical design engineers. * Carry out hydraulic design for projects and adapt/validate calculations for each project. * Identify and evaluate suppliers. * Support the sales team during the proposal phase to define the optimal technical solution. * Coordinate with production. * Lead new product developments and technical improvements to the catalog. * Act as the technical reference point and engage directly with customers when required. **What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?** * You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Organization / Design or a related field. * A Master’s degree in Engineering or technical specialization will be considered favorably. * You have at least 5 years of experience in a Technical Office or product engineering role. * **Mandatory:** Experience with complex machines (mechanical, hydraulic, etc.) and machine tools.
