Facility Manager

You will perform duties related to the operational management of facilities and real estate in general (production environment), human resource management dedicated to such operations, as well as space optimization for the assigned client. Additionally, you will coordinate construction, renovation, and relocation projects; procure all products and services required for the proper functioning of facilities; and oversee facility conservation, maintenance, and engineering. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as the primary daily contact for the client, proactively anticipating their needs and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. * Hold direct accountability for the contract’s profit-and-loss statement and service quality. * Identify growth and cost-saving opportunities within the contract by optimizing resources and identifying synergies. * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, particularly regarding occupational health and safety. * Prepare periodic reports. * Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Perform monthly billing and analyze budget performance. * Develop proposals for facility/building improvements. * Manage documentation related to information generated at the property. * Establish control metrics for delivered services (maintenance, cleaning, technical services). * Draft the annual facility and physical location audit plan. * Monitor customer complaints and analyze specific needs. * Supervise construction works carried out on the building. **Requirements:** --------------- * A university degree in Engineering or a related field is considered advantageous. * A mid-level qualification, second-degree technical specialist certification, and/or substantial experience in this role is required. * Additional qualifications (e.g., postgraduate studies) are valued. * Fluent English is desirable. * Solid knowledge base in managing maintenance and cleaning services for corporate buildings in industrial settings. * Proficiency in IT tools. * Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position managing teams/services. **We Offer** * An indefinite full-time employment contract. * Flexible working hours. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for our employees. * Social benefits through our Flexible Compensation Plan.
