Have you worked on training projects and student support initiatives? If so, this project is for you! **Your main mission** will be to ensure a comprehensive student experience, accompanying students from enrollment through program commencement and throughout its delivery. **Our primary areas of work focus on:** * Providing student support, assisting them with pre-arrival procedures and during program delivery. * Planning and coordinating the needs of in-person, hybrid, and online training programs, establishing key milestones and monitoring their implementation by coordinators, instructors, and other involved stakeholders. * Collaborating closely with the teaching teams of training programs to ensure excellence and quality across the entire learning process and student experience. * Supporting students and teaching staff in managing external internships conducted at companies within the sector. * Developing and planning academic documentation associated with programs and students. #### **Requirements** **Do you identify with the following characteristics?** * You hold a university degree in Business Administration and Management, Sociology, Pedagogy, or related fields demonstrating competencies in project and people management. * You have 3–5 years of experience in activity planning and management, as well as in customer service. * You are familiar with the following tools: Microsoft Office suite, Moodle, or other learning platforms. * You possess strong English communication and writing skills (C1 level). **You will stand out if:** * You have worked in the education sector. * You have strong Basque language communication skills (C1 level). * You have experience using Zoho CRM and Business Central ERP. * You possess a results-oriented and achievement-focused mindset. **What can you expect from Basque Culinary Center?** * Becoming part of a pioneering, continuously growing project with great passion for gastronomy. * An indefinite full-time employment contract. * Remote work opportunities based on activity requirements. * We place importance on a positive work environment.
