We are looking for a responsible person to manage and coordinate all services with our customers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your main responsibilities will include planning, optimizing, and monitoring transport routes; managing and coordinating drivers; and controlling cargo and load bags. You will also handle daily administrative tasks and communicate with suppliers and collaborating carriers. Additionally, you will monitor productivity and resolve any operational incidents that may arise. A full-time position is offered with a weekly rotating schedule. You may have weeks with continuous shifts from 08:00 to 16:00, and other weeks with split shifts combining 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00. **Professional experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Transport and Logistics * Demonstrable experience of at least 1 year in a similar role within the transport and logistics sector. * Solid knowledge of traffic management, logistics, and transport. * Experience handling load bags. * Strong communication and team coordination skills. * Organizational ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Proficiency in computer tools (Excel is desirable). * Valid driving license category B1 is mandatory
