We are currently seeking a Commercial Refrigeration Technician (SAT) tasked with carrying out assigned corrective and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings. Ensuring compliance with the highest safety standards while promoting efficient energy use to optimize facility performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. * Diagnose, repair, and adjust refrigeration equipment, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other components. * Resolve electrical and electronic faults related to refrigeration installations. * Verify operating parameters, working pressures, and system regulation to ensure optimal facility performance. * Locate and repair refrigerant leaks, ensuring proper handling and recovery of refrigerant gases. * Prepare technical reports and record interventions performed; provide technical advice to customers, ensuring professional and personalized service. **Job Requirements:** * Experience with CO2, water chillers, and fluorinated gases. * Prior experience in maintenance activities for commercial and industrial refrigeration installations, minimum 3 years. * Knowledge of welding techniques. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required by job needs. * Certification for handling fluorinated gases of any charge. * Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electronics. * Authorization as a certified refrigeration technician or official vocational qualification certificate. **Required Education:** * Vocational Training Program (GM or GS) – Installation and Services Family – Refrigeration and Air Conditioning – Electromechanics or Electricity. * Certification attesting competence in handling fluorinated gases of any charge. * Solid knowledge of welding techniques: TIG, MIG, and electric arc.
