Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare food, maintain cleanliness in the work area and utensils, participate in cooking and assembling simple dishes, and manage warehouse organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. 2. Participating in cooking and assembling simple dishes. 3. Managing warehouse organization and inventory control. We are looking for a kitchen assistant for a position in Cangas de Onís (Asturias). Main tasks will include food preparation such as peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables, fruits, meats, and fish. Maintaining cleanliness of the work area, machinery, and utensils is essential, always following food safety regulations. You will also participate in cooking and assembling simple dishes, assisting with final plating under the chef's supervision. You will manage organization in the warehouse, refrigerators, and freezers, monitoring proper product rotation. Additionally, you will assist with inventory control and report when new orders are required. Prior experience in similar positions is valued. The contract is an indefinite fixed\-discontinuous full\-time continuous position, with salary according to the Asturias Hospitality Collective Agreement.
