Our culture revolves around our customers and employees, with customer service being our way of life.### **Responsibilities** **What will your day-to-day look like?** This internship takes place at one of our Vehicle Rental Offices. The selected student will become part of the office team, gradually learning the necessary skills to manage a business. This includes customer service, sales, team management, operational logistics, fleet handling, competitive analysis, among many others. In short, we aim to provide students with a comprehensive training experience that demonstrates how a multinational company operates within such a competitive industry as car rental. We are looking for passionate individuals seeking professional development and growth within a multinational environment—proactive, energetic people with strong Customer Service and Sales skills. Some specific tasks include: * Learning how to achieve established goals and KPIs, both individual and office-wide. * Managing rental contracts. * Learning how the mobility services market operates. * Developing sales skills in the office (cross-selling…). * Learning to interpret market fluctuations, customer behavior and competitor analysis. * Learning to develop skills and strategies to increase office revenue in line with objectives. * Understanding office profit and loss account management. **What do we offer?** * Continuous training through a mentor program designed to ensure your professional development. * Study allowance of €600 full-time (€700 if based at an airport location). * Flexible schedule accommodating your class timetable. * A fun, inclusive and multicultural work environment. * Opportunity to directly join our Management Trainee Program with a permanent employment contract upon completion of your studies. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!### **Qualifications** * The student must be able to sign a training agreement with their university/business school to start between January and March (minimum duration of 3 months). * Must have residency or work permit valid within the EU. * University student, preferably with focus on Tourism, Business Administration or Sales/Commercial Management. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Commercial and sales-oriented mindset. * Customer-focused attitude. * Valid European driver's license with at least one year of driving experience.
