




July 30, 2025 #### **Description** Do you have experience in customer service within the education sector? Have you worked on student support projects? If your answer is yes, this project is for you! **Your main mission** will be to ensure a comprehensive student experience, supporting them from enrollment through the start of the training program and throughout its delivery. Our main areas of work focus on: * Providing student support, assisting them with procedures prior to their arrival and during the training program. * Planning and executing the needs of in-person, hybrid, and online training programs. * Collaborating closely with the teaching teams of the training programs, ensuring excellence and quality throughout the entire learning process and student experience. * Supporting students and teaching staff in managing external internships carried out in companies within the sector. * Preparing and planning academic documentation related to programs and students. * Preparing and managing the financial budgets of training programs, as well as producing statistical reports on students, surveys, programs, etc. #### **Requirements** **Do you identify with the following characteristics?** * You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Pedagogy, or a similar field. * You have 3\-5 years of experience in activity management and planning, as well as customer service. * You are familiar with the following tools: Office Suite, Moodle, or other learning platforms. * You have strong English communication and writing skills (C1 level). **You will make a difference if:** * You have worked in the education sector. * You have strong Basque language communication skills (C1 level). * You have experience with Zoho CRM and Business Central ERP. * You have a results-oriented mindset and a drive for achievement. **What can you expect from Basque Culinary Center?** * Being part of a pioneering project in continuous growth, passionate about gastronomy. * Full-time temporary contract. * Possibility of remote work when activities allow it. * You will actively contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
