At **DORMITY**, the leading company in manufacturing and selling sleep systems with over 20 years of experience and a network of more than 55 retail locations, we are looking for commercial talent for our physical stores located in Baix Llobregat. ***What will you do at DORMITY?*** Your role will be essential in ensuring that each customer enjoys a unique and personalized shopping experience: * Active listening and personalized advice tailored to each customer’s actual needs. * Driving sales confidently, convincingly, and with in-depth product knowledge. * Following up on quotations and contributing to customer loyalty. * Guiding customers smoothly toward purchase decisions, ensuring an outstanding experience while building trust and delivering value. ***What do we offer?*** · Permanent contract · Base salary (€19,392 gross annually) + variable compensation, resulting in an average annual gross salary between €30,000–€40,000. · 40-hour workweek, Monday to Saturday, split shifts (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30). · Initial and ongoing training on sales techniques and product knowledge delivered by our professionals, equipping you with all necessary tools.
