




Position Summary: Design of industrial machinery and tooling for secondary operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines, and adapting existing machinery. Key Highlights: 1. MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING DESIGNER POSITION MISSION Reporting to the Plant Director in Irun, you will be responsible for designing highly complex industrial machinery and tooling for secondary operations, as well as modifying and adapting existing machinery, ensuring compliance with specifications, applicable regulations, and deadlines set by operational departments. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS 1\. Design highly complex industrial machinery and industrial tooling according to technical, production, and safety requirements. 2\. Refurbish or adapt existing machinery to meet new manufacturing needs. 3\. Coordinate with machining workshops and internal/external suppliers to ensure correct component manufacturing and adherence to deadlines. 4\. Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation and user manuals for each machine, in accordance with applicable safety regulations. 5\. Provide technical support during machine assembly, commissioning, and validation phases, resolving technical issues. 6\. Monitor and report daily hours per project, ensuring cost and resource traceability. 7\. Propose technical improvements aimed at efficiency, safety, reliability, and cost reduction. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education: Higher Degree in Mechanical Project Development or equivalent. Experience: 5 years of experience in industrial machinery design and construction. Languages: English level B2. Additional Knowledge: oProficiency in mechanical design tools. oKnowledge of safety regulations for machinery design (CE marking, etc.). oUnderstanding of manufacturing and machining processes.
