Your work will enable engineering, construction, and quality teams to make fast and reliable decisions. You will serve as the central reference point to guarantee order, traceability, and compliance in a non-stop project. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Management and archiving of drawings, reports, contracts, and other key documentation. * Version control to ensure the team always works with accurate and up-to-date information. * Registration and tracking of incoming and outgoing documents. * Verification of regulatory compliance and client requirements. * Facilitation of agile information access using DMS tools. * Coordination with technical teams to collect and maintain project documentation. * Preparation of documentation for internal and external audits. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Document Management, or related field; Project Management training is a plus. * **More than 3 years** of experience in document management within construction or industrial sectors. * Experience in large or complex projects is highly valued. * Advanced level of English Send us your CV! * * #### **Job Description and Profile (external)**
