In Azagra, the role involves managing the inbound flow of goods, ensuring that physical receipt and administrative registration of materials are carried out correctly. The selected candidate will supervise the arrival of raw materials and auxiliary materials, verifying documentation and identifying any shipping discrepancies. This task requires constant monitoring and maintaining smooth communication with suppliers and carriers to coordinate unloading efficiently under a temporary contract. It is necessary to update the computerized management system to reflect the current stock status at all times. Each material receipt and internal movement must be accurately recorded to control inventory. Periodic stock counts will also be conducted, ensuring data matches the physically stored items through rigorous management of all associated documentation. The work environment demands the ability to systematically organize tasks and meet operational deadlines within the supply chain. Resolving logistical incidents is essential, as is collaborating with other departments to maintain operational flow continuity. We seek a candidate skilled in using computer tools, consistently maintaining order in the facilities and demonstrating high accuracy in data handling. Higher Vocational Training in Administration. Proven prior experience in warehouse or logistics management environments. Proficient SAP user-level skills and mastery of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
