**About the position**
We are seeking to hire a **Project Engineer** at our Donostia office. Your role will be pivotal in defining solutions that will shape the future of rail transport.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
As a **Project Engineer**, you will join the project team responsible for integrating onboard ERTMS into fleets for various clients and countries—from initial requirements definition through to final track testing and commercial commissioning.
Additionally, you will collaborate with the Project Manager on both technical aspects of system integration into trains and preparation of technical documentation, as well as project management and client meetings.
We seek a proactive, self-motivated individual eager to contribute.
**Essential requirements:**
* University degree in **Engineering** (preferably Industrial, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering).
* **High-level English proficiency (C1)**, both spoken and written.
* **Recommended experience of 4–5 years** in similar roles (not mandatory).
* Proficiency in office software tools.
* Technical capability and communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
* Willingness to travel.
**Desirable qualifications:**
* Master’s degree in Project Management or equivalent.
* Experience in the railway and/or signalling sector.
* Knowledge of programming and drawing tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
* Knowledge of **French** or **German**.
