Description
Through **We Bring**, we are recruiting a **Process Engineer for Debagoiena** to join an international company in the automotive sector.
This is a shop-floor position: you solve technical problems on the spot, propose practical improvements, and serve as the daily engineering reference in production.
**WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?**
* Define how each part is manufactured: raw materials, cutting tools, machining routes, machine programs, and associated documentation.
* Measure and ensure process functionality: determine maximum production capacity and guarantee efficiency through SPC.
* Detect and resolve failures before and after they occur: apply FMEA, APQP, and MSA to anticipate problems and resolve them when they arise.
* Design the tools and improvements required by production: from CAD concept development to plant implementation, coordinating with suppliers.
* Manage part homologations and approvals: prepare PPAP documentation, renew certifications, and qualify raw material and secondary operation suppliers.
* Protect the process against unforeseen events: define contingency plans to minimize the impact of operational failures.
* Represent the company when it matters most: serve as the technical liaison during external audits and with the end customer.

**WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?**
As a **Process Engineer for Debagoiena**, we require:
* Over 3 years of experience in process engineering within high-volume serial manufacturing environments serving automotive customers.
* English at B2 level or higher.
