Position Summary: We are seeking a leader to manage a production line, optimize processes, lead teams, and ensure operational excellence in a high-impact industrial project. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participate in train assembly from its initial phase. **[EUS]** ---------- We are looking for a Production Line Leader for the Beasain manufacturing site. We seek a person with leadership skills and a continuous improvement mindset, focused on delivering results in advanced manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a production line—optimizing processes, leading teams, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to closely observe the train assembly process and become a key part of a high-impact industrial project. **Main Responsibilities:** --------------------- * Manage and develop a large team of workers with diverse technical profiles and middle-level supervisors, promoting cohesion, motivation, and performance. * Define, implement, and optimize manufacturing lines to improve Lead Time and reduce costs. * Coordinate delivery planning, ensuring deadlines are met. * Lead, together with the Quality department, the continuous improvement of key performance indicators (quality, cost, service). * Control line loading and capacity according to planning. * Establish and monitor optimal production processes. **Minimum Requirements** ---------------------------------------- * + University degree in Technical or Higher Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering or similar). + Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial production environments. + Proven experience managing work teams, especially on assembly lines. + Advanced Basque language proficiency and intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. + Knowledge of: - * Lean Manufacturing * Kaizen / Continuous improvement * Team management **Positive Considerations** ----------------------------- * Proven experience leading large, heterogeneous, multidisciplinary teams—preferably in manufacturing or assembly lines. * Analytical capability and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Understanding of industrial cost control (methods and times). * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Interest in new manufacturing, logistics (Kitting), and planning methodologies. **[CAS]** ---------- We are looking for a person with leadership ability and a continuous improvement mindset, oriented toward results in advanced manufacturing environments.
